If you find that you need to return an item to us for any reason, you will need an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) Number.
Please Email or phone us with details of the problem.
We will discuss the problem with you and Issue you with an RMA Number if necessary.

This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging

Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
